They are βliving foodsβ β Purposefully utilized in their most nutritious and delicious state.

Our Top 4 Microgreens...
Broccoli
One of the most astounding thing about Broccoli microgreens is its proven ability to fight cancer! How?
Sulphoraphane is a natural chemical compound found in cruciferous vegetables that inhibits cancer cell growth, protects skin from UV radiation, and is anti-inflammatory.
A 1997 study confirmed that broccoli microgreens can contain close to 100 times the amount of sulforaphane than the full grown Broccoli plant.
Radish
Radish microgreens have an impressive nutritional profile alongside their incredible flavor.
These beautiful microgreens have gained a lot of attention in the health industry for evidence showing their low calorie and carbohydrate count.
They provide an abundance of vital nutrients including proteins, essential amino acids, vitamins, polyunsaturated fats, fiber, minerals, and antioxidants.
Micro radishes are also rich in; Vitamins A, E, C, B, and K, Calcium, Iron, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Potassium, Zinc, and anti-oxidants.
Pea Shoots
The flavor of pea shoots brings me back to gardening at a few years old with my grandmother- they have the purest, freshest pea-flavor, straight from the earth.
Pea shoots are an amazing source of vitamin C, protein, omega-3, carbohydrates, vitamin A, K, E, B1, B2, B3, B6, folate, iron, and fiber!
All that and more with no fats or sugars! One single cup can provide you with 50% of your recommended vitamin C intake, as well as 10% of your daily iron allowance!
Health professionals make clear the importance of getting vitamin C and other nutrients from raw or slightly cooked foods; making pea shoots even more amazing for you. Pea shoots are also one of the highest protein containing microgreens.
Protein is the building block of all tissue in the body, so itβs crucial to keep intake levels up, in all types of diet you are following. They have some more structure so we like to dip them into hummus or dips! I personally eat them as they are, and can never get enough of them.
As if that wasnβt enough, pea shoots are also a rich source of phytoestrogens. These miraculous plant-derived compounds have proven cancer-fighting, anti-inflammatory, and anti-carcinogenic properties, and more!
Sunflower
Sunflower microgreens several nutrients which work as powerful antioxidants that protect cell membranes and other structures in the body from damage by free radicals.
This may help reduce or prevent some of the effects of aging such as heart disease, cancer, and arthritis.
They are a great source of essential amino acids, they are good for your heart, your eyes, bones.
Sunflower microgreens improve and aid in digestion, weight loss, muscle function, menopausal symptoms, skin health, immune system, allergy symptoms, and are great for pregnant woman!
One of the things I love most about these 4 varieties (other than the countless health benefits) isβ¦
Theyβre so easy to use!
In fact, if you want to taste REAL FOOD and feel REAL GOOD, I recommend youβ¦
Add them to virtually every single mealβ¦
Salads
Sandwiches & Wraps
Soups
Smoothies & Juices
Those are just a few examples, we encourage you to get creative and experiment with your microgreens..
They can add so much flavor, texture & color to your meals!
